
Track 1: Preparing the Paper Prior to the Presentation
October 1: Proposal written according to guidelines and submitted to the editorial board. Turn acceptable proposal into a rough draft paper.
April 1: Submit rough draft paper to editorial board. The rough draft will be sent to peer reviewers. At this time the author should begin working on the presentation.
July 1: The paper will be returned from peer reviewers. The author will present at the Origins Conference and have the opportunity for further feedback from conference attendees.
Oct 1: Final Draft Paper submitted
Track 2: Preparing the Presentation Prior to the Paper
April 1: Proposal written according to guidelines and submitted to the editorial board. Turn acceptable proposal into a rough draft paper.
Upon acceptance, turn proposal into presentation for the Origins Conference.
Present at Origins Conference and receive feedback from conference attendees.
Begin work on the rough draft paper.
October 1: Submit rough draft paper to the editorial board. The rough draft will then be sent for peer-review. After it is returned to the author from peer review, the author will interact with peer-review comments.
January 1: Final draft paper submitted.
